We prepared and cooked traditional dishes with expert guidance and a lot of chat and wine :) Finally we relaxed in the courtyard and dined together with no rush for us to leave. Sindi was so helpful with other aspects of our holiday and genuinely enjoyed teaching us about Albania and its food and history. I can't recommend this class enough.”
